Order cancellation

To cancel an order, email our customer service at info@dazzcraft.com. If the order has shipped, notify customer service and refuse the shipment upon delivery. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched.

Returns policy

We accept returns for the following reasons:

    1. Delivered items are damaged.
    2. Delivered items do not match your order.

At DazzCraft, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We accept returns or exchanges only in the event of damaged products.

Return Product: We have a 3 day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt by calling us at +91 9462015135 or emailing us at info@dazzcraft.com. To expedite the return process, kindly provide photographic evidence of the damage via email.

Return Process: Once we receive your notification and verify the damage, we will proceed with either sending you a replacement product or issuing a refund. Please note that refunds require your email consent and may take 7-10 business days to process.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as the product not meeting your expectations or a change of mind about the purchase. Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted in the following scenarios:

    • Incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer
    • Non-availability of the recipient at the specified address/premises
    • Refusal to accept delivery
    • Delivery made to a person or location specified by the customer other than themselves
    • Force majeure events
    • Tampering with the product by the customer

Damaged Items Policy

If you receive a damaged package, please call us at +91 9462015135 (9 AM – 8 PM) or email info@dazzcraft.com within 48 hours of receipt. Follow these steps to expedite your return:

    1. Note the damage on both copies of the airway bill and the delivery sheet (if applicable).
    2. Notify DazzCraft within 2 days, detailing the damage.
    3. Send images, including close-ups of the damaged portions.

We will discuss a replacement, refund, or credit. If a replacement is desired, ship the item back in its original packaging. Shipping costs will be refunded once we confirm transit damage. Immediate replacements for customized items may not be available, and we will inform you of the feasibility and time required for a new copy.

Wrong Items Policy

If you receive items that do not match your order, please inform us within 48 hours by calling +91 9462015135 (9 AM – 8 PM) or emailing info@dazzcraft.com. Provide the following details:

    1. Your order number and the items ordered.
    2. Invoice number.
    3. Consignment number on the courier’s airway bill.

We will discuss a replacement, refund, or credit. If a replacement is desired, ship the items back in their original packaging. Once we receive and confirm the items are in good condition, we will ship your correct items at no charge. Initially, you must cover the return shipping cost, which will be refunded upon our receipt of the items.

Immediate replacements for customized items may not be available. We will inform you of the feasibility and time required to make another copy.
