Cancellation Policy

Important Note: If your order has already been shipped or booked for shipping within the 12-hour window, we won’t be able to cancel it.
For refund requests made within the 12-hour cancellation period, a 10% processing fee will be charged. The remaining amount will be promptly refunded to you.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
